Claims for Damage to Sunglasses During Shipment to Your Address

We take great care to ship your sunglasses to you safely. We ship your order in protective wrap and inside of durable boxes. In the unlikely event that your sunglasses are damaged during shipment it is VERY important to follow these steps exactly. NOTE: FAILURE to adhere to these directions may result in the forfeiture of your claims for damage, and the absorption of the loss for your sunglasses.

  1. Notify Aardvark Sunglasses immediately in writing via fax (972-745-3555). Include your date of order, and insurance number from the package received.
  2.  SAVE all packaging. FAILURE to save the packaging will result in the forfeiture of the insurance on your sunglasses.
  3. We will notify you of the next course of action to be taken. Follow all instructions exactly.

Once we file your claim and it is investigated, we will send you a replacement pair of sunglasses. You can rest assured that we will protect you and your sunglasses during shipment!


*Sunglasses may not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment BACK to Aardvark Sunglasses. Shipping charges for returns to Aardvark Sunglasses are your responsibility.
